The Oregon Council for the Social Studies typically sponsors two conferences in the course of a calendar year.   The first is a smaller, more personal Spring Conference that allows members to engage directly with presenters.  The second is a larger, more comprehensive Fall Conference that affords teachers a wider array of sessions, a chance to honor accomplished Social Studies educators in the state, and a meeting time for the full membership of OCSS.

Check back on this site frequently for Conference RFPs (typically in December for Spring and June for Fall) as well as information (Keynotes, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Session Information) about each conference.
